Social Events at SPIR 2026 — Included in Your Registration
Edinburgh is one of the world's great cities, and the SPIR 2026 social program is designed to do it justice.
Every social event is fully included in your registration fee.
The meeting kicks off on the evening of September 16th with a Welcome Reception at a historic landmark. The Conference Banquet takes place at a legendary five-star hotel. The menu will feature the finest Scottish seasonal produce. After dinner, the evening concludes with a ceilidh, complete with a caller to guide even the most reluctant dancers through the classics. No prior dancing experience required.
Just come ready to celebrate.

A FINAL REGISTRATION RATE will be available after September 2, 2026. This rate will be $1000.00 regardless of attendee category, will not be refundable and may not include access to the SPIR Banquet due to space limitations.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received up to and including September 1, 2026 will result in a full registration fee refund.
Cancellations received on September 2, 2025 and later will not receive a refund.
